Shipping Policy

 COVID-19 is currently impacting our business in the following ways: We are still working hard to get your orders processed and shipped promptly. Please be aware that depending on the shipping destination, your package may experience delivery delays. The pandemic has impacted FedEx and USPS, and shipping times have been slower than usual. Please contact us if you have further concerns. Shipments may take approximately 7 to 20 business days to reach their destination. Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you. Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes. Shipping time does not include a 1-5-day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

Usually, it takes about 7-20 days in some countries. We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP.  We do offer a solution if the shipping goes beyond the timeframe as stated. Please email if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. 

If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 60 days after placing your order. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
